Steve Hall 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM
On Air Now.
Hi, I’m Steve Hall… the overnight guy on Q102.7. I may be new on this station, but I have been around the block a time or two. You may have heard my voice on a couple of other stations in town because I have been in Terre Haute radio since about 1974. I grew up on a farm in northern Indiana and made my way to Terre Haute to attend ISU. I came for a Business degree but I discovered the Radio program and, as they say, the rest is history. I flew through the four-year program in about two-and-a-half years and at one point was working at three different radio stations at the same time using three different names. Ah, the good old days! I always intended to get a “real” job when I grew up, but fortunately that has never happened.
I now enjoy single life with occasional visits from my two sons: one in North Carolina, the other a recent ISU grad with a degree in Physics! How did that happen!
I am a sports junkie -- my favorites are IU basketball, Colts football and Detroit Tigers baseball. I also love racing. Another of my favorites is karaoke. I discovered it several years ago and now you’ll find me most Friday nights belting out my favorite songs at Rafters on Wabash Ave. Stop by and say "Hi" sometime.
Otherwise, I’ll see you on the radio...
