Timothy Little has pleaded not guilty to his charge of threatening to shoot and kill kids at the North Ward Elementary School in Tuscola. 

Police arrested Little last month after his wife notified police of his threats during an argument they were having. 

Police confiscated 50 guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition when they arrested him.
