A Terre Haute man is no longer facing any charges in connection with an incident a week ago. 

Kevin Orpurt was facing several charges after allegedly driving erratically and not immediately stopping when approached by Terre Haute Police. 

Toxicology results showed that Orpurt had no alcohol in his system. 

He did test positive for some prescription medications that he legally possessed. 

Since there was no illegal activity all charges have been dropped.
