Police are investigating an alleged attack of an Indiana State Student.

The student tells police that he was assaulted and robbed in the parking lot of the 7th and Elm Bar just after midnight.

The alleged assailant who was armed with a box cutter is described as a white male, approximately 5’8” tall, thin build wearing a white sweatshirt and blue jeans.

The suspect demanded money and then fled on foot.

Public Safety recommends that students and all members of the community to not walk alone at night.
