A ground breaking in Terre Haute Thursday on a new housing project.

The Liberty Village Apartments on Elm Street will be for those with mental illness.

The development is being spearheaded by Mental Health America of Vigo County.

The new 30-unit complex will primarily serve homeless veterans and their families with a disability.
