Jodi Roberts is now in the Vigo County jail after being accused of and charged with "performance before a minor that is harmful to minors."

Roberts allegedly had her 9 year old daughter take sexually explicit photos of her and then mailed those pictures to her fiancé, Jeremiah Lamaster, who is in jail.

Roberts faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
